Awesome stuff, Chris.
Unfortunately, I specialise in firebreathing, so I suspect we (especially your ice carvings) could never get along.
I like to consider myself more-than-handy on a four-burner barbeque... but that's cheating - I suppose it's much easier than working in a real kitchen. But with a barbeque you don't need a kitchenhand 
I'm usually first on the list when it comes to friend's parties and needing an outdoor cook for the BBQ. Coloured lights after dark, hot steaks and veggies, music coupled with some pyrotechnics makes for a great dinner. Gurls love it too.
