Haha, yeah actually my dad is the one that suggested to make one together. I went ahead and made a little one by myself. I just shot it today while my dad was watching and i think i scared him a little bit. tongue

I made this one last year, I never got around to finishing it but hopefully I will get around to it this summer... It works like a champ and is loud as hell. I had all the volumes calculated and stuff but I lost that piece of paper, either way the combustion chamber is big enough, and the gun is powerful enough for some kick back, and exploding potatoes into a mist. Lots of fun haha! The ignitor is made from like 20 disposable cameras (just a guess), I have to put it all in a box that can easily mount to the body of the pipe, it is a pain in the ass on the end cap, and sometimes you end up shocking yourself pretty good... angry Actually now that I'm typing this I think that I'll get some parts tomorrow when I'm at work and finish it up!

I made an air cannon for my class's homecomming float this year... I don't have any pictures but it had a 2 inch barrel that was about 6 feet long. It had an unused propane tank as a resevoir and a ball valve to trigger. At only 50 psi we were shooting 3 foot long boards 50 yards cheesey anyway it was made to shoot confeti and candy and worked great.

Well i couldn't take a video of the new one because it was to freaking loud. It is powerful enough to blow a hole in a cans back side. I shot a capacitor that fit in the barrel perfectly. I also shot water balloons without blowing them up by using less propellant. They went quite high. Sometimes it will blow the balloon up and spray water everywhere. Hopefully tomorrow i can shoot it again.

I use acetylene from a built-into-cannon acetylene producer (fueled by calcium carbide)... I shoot those mini-potatoes that are like perfect spheres (I have no idea what to call them)
