I have (25) HGT1N40N60A4D IGBT's for sale. I originally wanted to use them for a Tesla coil, but I never had the time to build one. Hopefully someone will put them to good use.
They are new and unused, come with all screws for the terminals, and have free shipping.
Price is $24 each, or if $20 each for four or more, or $16 for 10 or more.
