I think you can put IC2B direct on the 10k Resistor. You dont need the inductor or mosfet.

I do not really see the point in using q1 r1 and ic2c, unless you were trying to use the startup oscillator as some type of interrupter... You should eb able to omit them.

Also, you will need to up the voltage on the collector of q2 to 12v, or else your totem pole isn't going to work like you want it to. That 4.7k pulldown resistor may give you some trouble later on in life, probably something closer to 100ohms would work better.

Also, in general, with these self resonant designs, you want try to minimise the delay in the circuit, so the steps between the antenna and the power mosfet the better. If you can, I would run ic2 off 12v and feed its output directly into the totem pole, or even parallel a few gates and feed it directly into the power mosfet.
