Hi all.
Just tried respraying my mini secondary with this stuff- dries pretty quick and looks a bit like varnish.
Has anyone else run into this? i haven't tried it yet (plan to make an SSTC with 4046 circuit) but will post any/all results.
Regards, -A

Yep, it works fine.... Fiber glass (polyester resin) works well too.

How about future floor polish? It is acrylic floor coating. It is thick and it insulates. Very cheap. With about 5-10 bucks worth im sure i could coat many secondaries 6 times. I used it on the secondary of my homemade flyback transformer and it will stand up to the approx. 10kv it will produce.
