 		I will look eeper in it, at first I though the VCOm the PLL chip and a Xtal oscilator would be enough.

 		The three-wire serial interface is easy to do with a PIC or some other microcontroller... I've built a number of synthesizers with similar chips, and the digital interface is the easiest part, in my opinion...
