 Easier way of checking for posts?

I am not sure if there is a feature /setting that I missed but in other forums I belong to I can click on my user contral panel button and there is a subscribed thread list wich indicates also who the last poster was. This was very handy as with one click I could see all my recent posts and if I wasnt the last one listed I new someone else had responded to it.
Also, In the forum view there would be and indicator arrow if I was subscribed to that thread. Another easy way of finding were I had posts.
I am sure just the email notification works for most people, but most of the time I am on here is at work and email is blocked. So I have to go through all the forums and try to remember where I have posts, or just go through each and every one. Which I find to be a pain and wish it was setup similar to other forums I participate with.
