I’m thinking your switch may be dead. I can't be 100% sure but that could be the reason why it doesn’t work. Try just touching the two wires together without the switch. Also get that resistor out of there because it would probably explode if you did manage to get it to fire (or the resistor is already dead). It may also be a problem with not enough enamel scraped off (I always hated clear coated wire because I couldn’t tell if it is still on or not). If all else fails just rewind your coil with a different type of wire.

Hey i want to say thanks to everyone i got it to work today ... i recoiled a coil and i striped the enamal off got rid of teh switch and reisistor and i made a mechanical one ... i did everyones suggestions and it works ... so thank you
