The wire of the primary, which is usually used tube of copper, can be replaced by aluminum tubes? confused

yes it just needs to be a good conductor of electricity, which it is. The more current the larger the magnetic field it generates, which is what transfers power to your secondary coil.
The inductance (which determines the frequency it will oscillate at) is determined by its size, spacing, and turns etc.

Aluminum will only be able to conduct about 2/3 of the current of copper, but shouldnt be a problem?

But aluminum has greater skin depth so it compensates higher resistance :)
