I have 16 IGBTs rated 200 amps pulse. I'm only looking at about 240 amps with my NST-driven setup, so I'm thinking to arrange the whole lot in a series of SISG4 arrangements to hold off anything up to 14.4kV.
These have no antiparallel diode, so can I build just one diode array for the entire SISG? And another question, do people routinely get away with over-amping their included diodes as they do the IGBT itself?
