Its a very crude way of adjusting the frequency to help re-tune the system as the arc grows. It doesn't work very well, nor is it really needed.
Basically, as your bus voltage decreases (i.e. more load and longer arc), the voltage will vary at the freq adj pin on the TL494 and vary the frequency a bit.
Richie Burnett first used this in his earliest SSTCs. It was just carried over and never really determined (at least by me) to be worthwhile or not.

Just be careful, once you tune your coil with the feedback do not disconnect it while it runs on full power and vice versa(always tune again using lower power), it shifts the freq quite a lot and running the coil out of resonance can have a fatal consequences... Otherwise, in my hands this feedback works quite well mainly for higher power SSTC, but you need to earth-ground your driver schematics which can be problematic in some cases.

Ok Thanx for reply, I will try that schematic
I was thinking about building Stereo System with Audio tesla coils using this schematic bit I dont know if I will be able to do that. I dont have much experience in that stuff butt I will try. :)
