its a grounding problem, probes ground are tied to main ground, and variac are not isolated, so you are probably grounding nodes that are not supposed to be at ground level. common mistake, i blew a few probes like that before.

Whoa, I tottally forgot that I plugged a 24V transformer to variac, so ground had a galvanic separate. I'd big luck, I guess. From what I've readed there, to measure bridge output, I need to plug two probes, click "ADD" button and invert signal from one probe? Besides, do you know any good tutorials related to using oscilloscope for such RF and things connected to mains? Destroying oscilloscope would be the last thing I want.
I've played a while ago and noticed that if I connect probe and its ground to output, the slopes of signal are weird, they're wave-like, see the picture:
It's visible on left slope. I thought that probe or oscilloscope is destroyed, but when I measured gate signals, the waveforms were clean. I hadn't this issue until today and have no idea what's going on.
