It seems he bought them at ebay. I've sent celem an email asking about the minimum order size and price, I'll post the response here.

I received a proforma invoice. They seemed reluctant to give a price list, but the price for one CSP150/200, 0.66µf conduction cooled capacitor is - brace yourself - 91 EUR! 140 USD! With shipping, banking and other costs I was looking at 170 EUR. I think HFsstc-freak and Steve will remain the only proud celem cap owners for a while yet... They would however sell single capacitors to hobbyists, so if anyone really needs to lighten their wallet go ahead.

My MMC started to fail because no watercooling was used. Capacitors itself didnt heat too much, but the heat from workcoil conducted to the capacitors and melted some internal solder joints of them. So yes, good quality MMC is good choice for small induction heaters. Watercooling is required anyway!

Theres a company in the US, Jackson Transformers, that supplies Celem caps. I called and got a quote for $235 per capacitor regardless of uF. Expensive!

I'm wondering how well a home-made capacitor would work? I'd have to do calculations, but if I used copper foil, oiled rice paper, and staggered the electrodes as to take a whole end as an output perhaps it may work. Has anyone tried this before?
