I remember reading somewhere that you cant feel AC past like 10khz yet it still paralyzes.
No, the nerve receptors are not sensitive to high frequencies so you are not affected. You can pass enough current to cook yourself without feeling anything.
If the current causes ions to wander from one place to another then muscles will be paralyzed but that usually takes some time, at least with AC.

I once obtained a few secondaries for "research" purposes :) however they appear to be rejects as the epoxy is very badly potted. However the plan was to use them for Lifter research or powering small lasers...
