I was thinking if I can make a low voltage tesla coil (24VDC) with MTP53N05 Mosfets (I think its 53A 50V), I was have some troubles with 12V tesla coils, that I didnt get any spark output. Its possible to make a low voltage sstc? (The classical one not the, complex skori one )

PLL is just the way to go. I used 74HC4046 PLL with a single IRFP240 at 12V and it worked just FINE! The frequency was somewhere between 2-2.5 MHz. You should have at least somewhat 300 turns on your secondary, for a primary I think 3-6 turns will do. Class E is also good, and especially with your low voltage FETs you should try it. That means you simply put a resonant capacitor across the FET.

Class E is a technique developed to minimise capacitive turn-on losses in high-frequency switching circuits using high-voltage semiconductors. As such it gives comparatively little benefit when applied to low-voltage high-current devices.
