who manufactures 50kV scope probes?

 		I need a 10MHz 50 kV(DC) scope probe with 100megOhm input impedance. Most probes I've found thus far wont work above 20 kV(DC). I know I can roll my own but getting that kind of voltage/impedance/bandwidth/precision combination would be painful at best.
I've only found 1 manufacturer so far (Ross) and they want $3000.
Does anyone know any other manufacturers that can handle that kind of spec?
