Mosfet body diode blocking

Hi i am making Full-bridge sstc, and for body diode bloking i decided to use
2xSchottky 45V 30A TO-220 diode, is good solution ?
or was enough 10A

Assuming your full-bridge SSTC is the typical sized SSTC, 10A should be enough. Most have used the MUR1660 diodes (8A) with no problems.

I never had problems with the internal MOSFET diode in SSTC use.

It depends on the tuning of the driver, the power level and to some extent on the layout. If you want to run near the device maximum ratings and experiment with different tunings then it is wise to bypass the body-drain diodes with external fast-recovery diodes.

If you choose to rely solely on the MOSFET's intrinsic body-drain diodes for free-wheeling action then keep the inverter tuned on the high-side of the tesla coil's resonant frequency for a long and stress-free MOSFET life.
