Teslamap recommends a PFC Cap across my NST. I wonder, does the Cap have to be rated at my NST's voltage, or should it be higher or does it even really matter?
My NST is 7500V/30mA. The program recommends a 49.3 uF cap but nowhere in the program does it say what the voltage rating should be.
I'm looking at this cap (50 mfd x 440 VAC Oval Motor Run Capacitor HVAC - R), but the voltage rating is only 400V.
