Hi, i a building a mini Tesla Coil, and i bought a NST (8kV @ 30 mA), and i wanted what the values of capacitors my NST can charge, and values that it is not recommended to use.

I think this is all you need.. everyone uses these caps for their MMC's and I would strongly recommend you to do so. There's no 8kV transformer but I don't think you'd be any wrong picking a cap value for a 9kV 30mA.
There are usually few configurations involving larger number of caps giving less RMS current and voltage per cap but at increased cost. For that small transformer I think using one string of 9 or 10 caps would be OK.
Try Tesla map. I would like to just say that you should probably read every thread, book, or web page you can get your hands on before you start building the coil tho.
I know that most people can barely wait to get their sparks on, but read, read, read.
Chances are it will save you money, time, and maybe even your life.
