You can use this scheme, but Its better you dont use a Ferrite core (I dont know if its that that trace between the Coils). That is a Feedback Coil.

For that work, the Feed Back coil needs to be below of the primary coil.

yes, the secundary coil is on the box, under will be PLL, and current xformer, but 60T is enough ?? or it need cuurent transformer connect to 74HC14

With 74HC14 the Wave will be corrected to Square wave, its better than put direct to the PLL, but direct to PLL works too.

I dont know if 60T its much or less, if you have a scope that measure voltage, see what voltage is going at coil, the better is like the VCC of the PLL (or 74HC14), some like 5v or more. The diodes will stabilize the over-voltage than 5V to VCC and GND.

The CT tends to generate high voltage on it's secondary, and after it is clamped by diodes it will resemble pretty good sqare wave alone.

I was able to drive UCC inputs directly from CT with good results.

I have had exelent luck using your scheme, although I used 50 turns on the primary, and instead of a series resistor on the output I used a 400r resistor in parallel with it.

You don't need the 74HC14's, however, you do need the DC block capacitor on pin 14.

Linas, I forgot the clamping diodes, that will make the Wave a good Square, you really dont need the 74HC14.
On the out of the PLL its good to have one 74HC14, the PLL out its like a Triangle Wave, not all time a Square (some schematics doesnt get a Square Out), so, the 74HC14 on PLL Out will correct it.

i have to use 74HC14, (to GDT inverting) so i can make 14 imput with 74HC14 chips
i thing it will don't be beter if i dont use 74HC14 mistrust
