 is there any addvantages to thease setups

I use setup A and I have seen setup B and wondered if ither have any addvantages over the other

In "B" you should only need 1/2 of the total capacitance per leg since that would make the thevenin equivalent circuit the same as in A. Basically the 2 small caps look as if they are in parallel. Really, id say there is certainly no theoretical benefit, and likely no practical benefit of B over A.
