AC or DC resonant?

 		I have two transformers 5021g10 that output 6400v 400ma each. If i cascade them together, they output 11600v @ 190ma. I need an expert opinion on whether to cascade them or to use 1 transformer using dc resonant charging. Performance wise, ie. spark length, which would perform better? I'm sorta leaning towards dc but I thought I would ask you guys. Are there any clear advantages to go the dc route?
