Im looking for complete PCB layout for ZVS flyback driver. I know that it is done before and thats why i don't mind to make my own.

I just finished one myself. It is ugly because I drew the traces by hand with a sharpie. Although I kept the traces as wide as possible, I figured that the high amperage would just fry the board before long so I didn't want to spend much time on it. So far it is holding up well!

Also, as you might have noticed, I didn't mount the fets or fast diodes directly to the board. I have fried too many already. The fets are mounted to external heat syncs and connected with wires to the pcb.

I have attached a few pics of mine.

You might want to lay some heavy wire (14-12 awg) wire on the high current tracks and solder it on to increase the current carrying capability. They would go between the flyback and the cap and if you want, anything connected to the MOSFETs but that might be overkill.
