I have played with a lot of high voltage devices from camera circuits to small coil guns and really small rail guns. The one thing i cannot seem to do is to take the components off the camera circuit and reassemble them into a smaller more compact circuit. If you have a schematic for this it would greatly help because i am trying to build a very compact but powerful 100-300 joule coil gun. I have four large 4 pin transformers from those kodak HQ cameras and the transistors, i don't know if u can use the 4 pin transformers.

If you can find a more specific question, (e.g. "I tried shrinking the circuit but came across such and such problem. What can I do?") I'll reopen this thread.
