I'm looking for a small tc that uses the classic spark gap with whatever type
of capaciters. Long story short I know how to build one of these yet have
never done so and have tons of reading because a few years ago I wanted
to build one. Something under 100,000 volts preferabley small,a kit would be
nice since I have some technical knowledge in the past from some experiences.
I could send payment via paypal or check. Whatever is best. Pm me
Thanks,
Joshua

Aside from the fact that you aren't allowed to post in the sale/trade forum for another 12 posts, your description of what you want is incredibly vague. It is like walking into a car dealership and saying 'I have heard a lot about your cars, I want something that has a carburated engine, a stick shift, that does under 100mph, something small would be nice..."

Seriously, how small is small? There are people on this forum that have built coils that can fit in the palm of your hand...

Are you willing to wind your own secodary? Primary? Transformer?

Also, you make little mention of how long the sparks need to be. 1" 10" 100" We need some idea... A tesla coil that puts out 100kv can have very long streamers, due to how they 'grow' as you feed more energy into them.

How much are you willing to pay?

etc

Sorry about my stupidity,
Something that is around 6 inches tall,
can put out 4 inch arks at the most,
that uses MMC caps,is in a kit form or assembled
I don't know about the price,I would like a kit form in
the since the kit would be everything i need minus the
soldering iron, torch and etc. Prebuilt is fine too I'm not picky,
when I get familiar with that TC I would like to do some other TC
stuff maybe a larger coil. I'd prefer not to wind my first primary
because I'd like to see one physically before I wind one.
If I can't find one I may just do a ignition coil
based one but would rather have something working so that I could get some
confidence. Sorry about me posting before the 12 posts I'll try to prove that I
want to be part of this forum :)

EDIT one with a nstc would be very nice
