If I can poke, really, why do you guys just delete posts like this(no matter if they are OT or against rules), as it can be very confusing to someone who joins the thread after that.
Wouldn't just warnings before finally thread locking be enough?
I assume Matt's reaction was not good after deathray labs's mention of Stanley Meyer. But, I would just like to be able to read his posts myself and conclude myself whether it's free energy or not, and not only be able to conclude it from reading chriis's and mod's posts. ($0.1)

Wow, such a spirited debate... sadly personal opinion does not change the nature of the universe.
There are effects known to shift some material shell properties to exhibit paramagnetic moments. But I am unsure exactly which part of "pulse" technology would make it any more mysterious?

This thread's WTF factor is going through the roof. Next post gets it locked, unless it's actually about pulse compression, or something really interesting like a complete energy balance experiment on a Stan Meyers hydrogen generator.
When a previous poster said that magnetic pulse compression was a hoax, I took that to mean that he just realised that it wouldn't give him the colossal currents he was getting so excited about. He wasn't claiming that it doesn't exist. I have a radar textbook from the 40s that explains the technique, and yes, like a mag-amp, it uses a saturable inductor as a switch. The only difference is in the nature of the circuit being switched and the abruptness of the saturation.
As for all that other cutting-edge stuff, tell it to the Nobel Prize committee, or the men in white coats, whichever get to you first

The posts were deleted because they were completely off topic and only suitable for generating inflamed replies.
Here is the post by Deathray Labs that was moved to the moderators forum, the other two have no significance:
So making the statement that "pulse compression is a hoax" is totally within the accepted social and scientific bounds and draws no critics. Swearing at me, which is a stated forum rule violation draws no critics. Someone gave an explanation of pulse compression only they used a description of a mag amp which is not pulse compression and the critic said "pulse compression is a hoax." and that draw no critics... But I used a name that is best associated with electrolysis these days and I am some kind of nut job?
So this would be an ideal statement to make on this forum:??
"Pulse compression is a bullshit hoax that has no value in advanced radar, sonar and pulsed high power laser applications. Besides, it is the same thing as a mag amp."
It is no wonder there is no information regarding magnetic compression being shared here - you have none. Does that makes you feel so insecure you attack anyone that wants to have an intelligent conversation about it. Boy did I get that part wrong.
The difference between some of you and Stan Meyer is what you believe in, what your magical thoughts are. (and of course a water powered dune buggy that was driven around for years and examined by well known mainstream scientist from the US and UK.
If you are someone that is interested in science, then you have a keen interest in breaking the laws of physics, not obeying them. Since many laws of physics have "exceptions" they are not laws at all, they are basic guidelines at best, beliefs and magical thoughts at worst. You merely trade one dogma for another like one religion verses another.
If everyone thought like some of you (or didn't as the case were) heavier than air flight would still be impossible. It is not surprising that professors were still teaching that it was impossible years after the Wright brothers took their first flight. Oops, did I just aimlessly throw another name around? Being a old pilot myself, I thought it would be O.K. I didn't see a rule...
It is no wonder that someone held up a mag amp description as a pulse compression circuit, The next person makes the statement that pulse compression is a hoax and has no use and when I post asking for more information I get attacked for being some fringe scientist. It is no wonder...
In your deluded little minds you actually think that you have something to offer others but you don't. You come here to get something like the trolls that you are but project on me. You come here to surround yourself with like believers and disbelievers, believing that you are safe and secure as long as you stay in the middle of the flock of sheep.
You find others with like fears and insecurities to support you in your self deluded common thought agreement. But while you and your dogmatic forefathers were feeding your ego its own tail, heavier than air flight was invented, self running hydrogen production was replicated and Gary Bussey quit drinking - all things once thought impossible but not.
Here is something that is impossible and this thread is the empirical data. It is impossible to have an intelligent discussion of a pulse compression circuit here. Welcome to reality - seek theropy.
Since it is clear that no one is interested in magnetic pulse compression this thread is closed. (Steve got in there first but since this post is off-topic it works out fine)
