Hey, I'm looking to buy a Staccato Controller board # SC2026 or similar. If someone has a completed SC they wanna get rid of, I'd be happy with that as well.

Thanks

I have one that was fully stuffed but damaged in shipping. I havent tested it, but i think it should still work. I will pick it up from my parents house next time i am home if you are interested in it. Its got a corner missing, but thats the extent of the damage if i remember.

You always could build your own. Steve has a schematic here.

Steve, let me know what you want for it and yes, I am interested - if it's just cosmetic damage that's fine. If the traces on the board are broken I could probably fix them.

ShawnLG, that's the schematic I wanna use, but if I can avoid making a PCB then more power to me, right? I have all the parts laid out on my desk right now, but I am lazy :P I'd rather pay someone else to solder it up and all that... of course I could use the practice... my solder joints always suck.

Steve again: When are you heading home next? Don't rush on my account, but if it'll be a few weeks I'll probably just print a board and etch it myself. It's not the etching, it's the drilling, that always gets me.

I should point out that I do PCB etching... IIRC my rates are $10 setup, and then $1/in^2 for the board. I can also populate it for $10 + parts.

I probably wont be going home until 2 weeks from now, so you might want to explore other options.

You could use expresspcb to make you some boards. I think its 51$, but you get three of them, so If you do a good design you could sell the other two. They also drill the holes. All you need to do is use their free software and design a board.
