This looks like an abandoned huge 3 phase CW multiplier from a Russian site. I think we have seen pics of this before but some of it I didn't recognise.
I picked up the link on a trackback from hits to my website. Lots of hits from there. One site (translated) even had 380 comments on my stuff so they seem to enjoy Tesla and HV but there is just not much amateur activity evident on the net.

Oh my! That's a big CW multiplyer. You have any other info about it? Wonder what it's feed voltage was. Have you noticed that most of these huge HV things seem to be in Russia? I swear ever pic of stuff like this I saw was from Russia... Anyways nice picture.
Here are two I have found.
I have a pic of a multiplier like the one you have but can't find it at the moment.

Yeh, the CW multiplier is from the same facility. Toroids abandoned in the garden bed, how's that? Imagine having free reign to scraps from that place. There's a nice toroid or three for your 18" coil TDU.

"Toroids in a field" I love it! It gives the sense of some future lost. The unkempt gardens slowly encroaching on a once advanced culture. Like Giger crossed with Monet.
