 		I'm building my first DRSSTC, and I plan to base it on the design of Steve Ward's DRSSTC-1. Anyone have any spares they'd be willing to sell at a reasonable price (preferably in a set of 4)? Before I go and drop $80+ on digikey, I'd like to see if they are available elsewhere. Alternatively, anyone know any good suppliers?

I'm thinking about just paralleling two or three cheap FGH30N6S2 to get a suitable amp rating, any comments on this?
