I've been thinking about all the new people asking questions that have already been answered before multiple times, but people rarely bother to look for the thread, and we find ourselves saying "google damn it" or "check the archive, we've already discussed that"
Something that would be easy to navigate for people who are new and don't know the content on the archive, like a hierarichal (i know i can't spell) listing:
Archive - -Flyback- -drivers- single ended royer H-bridge
-Tesla coil- -DRSSTC - Spark gap -rotary -stationary gap -Solid State
theyre supposed to be tabbed over..but i cant remember this html stuff. I'm brain fried from programming LegOS right now. It would be nice to have the html codes somewhere too because I never remember this stuff.
Something navigatable and where you can click on a tree and expand it to get the results you're looking for so we don't have too much repititon in the threads.

The plan is that most of the information should end up in the HvWiki. We have a problem at the moment that no one is bothering to work on it. We need articles covering everything from the most basic to the advanced. We would also need project articles like "How to make a coil gun" that gives a nice step by step overview of how to construct a basic device and links to the detailed articles and relevant threads.

I work on the wiki. I haven't lately because im tied up with college work.
I was going to do the transistor article, but thats going to be like 300 pages of material, so im a bit overwhelmed thinking about it.
But that is probably the best solution.
I was going to work on the power factor correction article too, but I don't know how to make it show up on the main page. I know how to edit something that's already there, but I don't know how to 'turn on' an article.
