Hi, I need a MRF150 RF FET transistor and i cant find it. Do you know where can i buy it? Actually i need only one or two of them. Maybe someone here have it and can sell me one?

Hi C4R0, I was also looking for MRF150 transistors.
Search eBay every week and you will find some second-hand ones available which you can desolder from RF amplifier boards. I think one is even active at the moment:

Thanks for the link. I saw this auction, but $150 when i need only one transistor is a bit too much for me My dad is repairing a CO2 laser power supply (1kW @ 40MHz, cool ). Looks like one of the mosfets is dead and i have to replace it.
