I think the general consensus was that thread titles should be short, to the point, and devoid of all similes and exclamatory marks.
Things were getting a little hairy with titles like "FOR SALE!!!!" and "CHECK THIS OUT!!!"

There will be no emoticons in thread titles. There should be a minimum of emoticon in posts.
The first letter of a sentence should be upper case. There should be no all uppercase words unless you have discovered something new that we have not heard about before.
There should be reasonable amount of punctuation so that the sentences are correct. The spelling should be correct.
