Well you could go an easy route and send a nice e-mail to 5 to 10 internet surplus sites. They always seem to be looking for good deals. They might snatch them up. Offer them at 25 to 50 cents a piece, or a 1000 for 300 to 400 dollars. Whichever you choose. Put them on E-bay as a lot in the surplus area. I think something of that amount just needs to be sold and try to recoup some of the money spent on the auction in which you acquired the storage unit.
take the money and buy a badass pirate hat. With lights.

Sell them, make some money and buy a real transformer. You'll waste far too much time trying to mod them all.
