Just wondered if anyone here speaks Finnish or whatever-language-this-page is written in, and can figure this out? I've not had much luck with a translator, all I got was 'very loud imposing' and 'soda'

link

The only reason i'm so curious is that it contains a link to my mini spark gap tesla coil half way down, and the page contains lots of 'omfg, lol, l33t' etc etc... and seems to be a wiki article on 'soda'..! all i'm really curious about is roughly why the link is there, or what the page is really about, I don't really need a full translation, I suppose it's just one of those odd things that appears in webstats and got me wondering!

I've just been going through my webstats anyway, and the amount of myspace profiles linking to photos in my wallpapers gallery is through the roof. Myspace is now my #1 referrer with several thousand, I think i'm just going to remove my photos completely mad
(or at least remove the page, and leave vandalised versions of the pictures on tongue )

I think it happens...
I discovered also, my pages included in a site page with no apparent relation to high voltage:

http://www.kumelys.com/cgi/gu81m.htm

Text, datasheets, ripped messages from tesla-1 list, God knows what else...

Vasil, I think that site and its "affiliates" are some kind of automatically generated horror, whose only purpose in life is to show up in a search engine no matter what you're searching for smile The idea being that people click on it in the search results, visit the site and see the Google ads, so the site owner gets paid by Google for doing b***er-all of any use to anyone.

Avalanche: The page looks like a comedy wiki, same idea as EncyclopediaDramatica but not as good :P

That wiki has Capt. Picard as an entry, and other people from TV shows, what kind of wiki is that!?!?!

It's just a bunch of lame sillyness.

It's a really weird page...

Maybe the web is succumbing to thermodynamics.
