I think this is likely edited to make a more convincing act for TV. While it would be super easy to do this trick with the subject already laying down (it's obviously just someone with no legs for the upper part, and either a midget or just a fairly short person for the bottom), it looks extremely natural when she walks up and lays down, and this would be umm, quite tricky to say the least. Her strides are too long for there to be a midget under there, and too natural for any robotic/prostetic contraption. I think they made a cut in the video and the woman that lays down is simply not the same as the woman they pull from the bench. If this is one continuous unedited scene, they're damn good and look incredibly natural. Perhaps the bottom half is a contortionist with their head down between their legs or some crazy thing, rather than a midget. And I think that's way too many words for something which should be so obvious, and my IQ probably dropped a little for it, but what are ya gonna do? It's still a good and funny trick, and I think it completely baffled a lot of folks from the other comments the video has gotten.

Kinda makes the mind reel at the kinds of fun pranks/April fools jokes/general scaring the shit out of people, that anyone with a high level of leg amputation can do, especially if you get some fake blood/entrails in there. amazed
