Hi, has anyone managed to source any of these?

I can get them but its a bit expensive due to the MOQ.

In fact any moderately powerful GaN MOSFET would likely work but TO-247 is substantially easier to work with than some nasty leadless package requiring a $10K rework station to use.
Minimum current is 16A per phase.
