Arduino wifi ESP8266 pin out help

I bought an Arduino Uno kit and they gave same no part-number wifi chip. It is an ESP8266 (I can read that on the front), but it looks like the pin-out is different than the standard chips.

I assume IC2 is GPIO02 and 100 or IO0 is GPIO00, but what is EN and what is 1016?

It looks very similar to this:

Then EN(Enable) = chip select and IO16 could be a typo for IO15 and be reset.
