The aforementioned have contributed financially to the continuing triumph of 4hv.org. They are deserving of my most heartfelt thanks.
I’m hopefully getting a pair of circular acrylic discs laser/CNC cut to mount together with standoffs. Is this a good enough drawing to send to someone who does custom jobs for hobbyists or something else? There are two discs, and the only difference between then is the hole in the middle. The dimensions are for the smaller 34mm hole. What I send off would be two different images. Cheers, Art.

That drawing will probably work.
However, I suggest dimensioning as follows: Outer Radius Hole Radius Bolt Circle Radius (Looks like 130mm/2 - 15mm = 50mm) (center of part to a circle centered on the 4 bolt holes) Bolt hole diameter (3mm x 4) Dimension 90degrees x 4 for the bolt holes
Ok, I see what you mean, thanks :) Only the 34mm centre hole is critical in this disc, where the 34mm tube is supposed to fit snugly. I’d expect to have to sand either the inner diameter of the hole, or the tube to fit it.
Then the disc above it has a wider hole for clearance from the secondary coil.
Well now I got quoted half that price for each shape from the next place I called :D It will be interesting to see what I get back, when this is what I sent, and have already paid. I’m not CAD drawer :D I did give a description like above though. It’s to go together with ceramic standoffs, and for helical coil.

Acrylic isn't difficult to cut, I'd print out a template on my printer and tape it to the acrylic, then mark the centres of the holes, you can then use dividers/compasses to mark out the circles.
The inner hole can be cut by drilling a ring of holes and cutting between them with a padsaw, or even a dremmel.
The outer circle can be cut using a hacksaw, fretsaw, grinder or jigsaw.
It can be finished using files/abrasive paper.
You want to use a high drill speed, and, if using a hand drill, get someone to 'sight' the drill from the side, to get ensure you drill straight.
You could mark the whole thing out using dividers/compasses, but I generally use the paper template technique to avoid marks on the surface.
People often find the results with a laser cutter, etc. are disappointing, the finish is usually not perfect. I'd certainly want to see a cut example first
They arrived fine today, but I don’t know what to compare with! I certainly don’t feel the edges need any refinishing at all, but not a mirror like finish on the edges either.
Ok, maybe this will trip him up :D They were to be threaded ceramic standoffs, but though I might as well try the same thing with holes to take the coil.
