So I had a box show up from Mouser Elec. adressed to me, and inside was a packing slip, No billing info, 2 FGA5065ADF igbt's, and a small gdt from Pulse P0584NL... I really have no idea when, where, who, how or why these showed up. I am not complaining at all! perhaps some promo? don't ask, don't tell right?
After downloading the datasheets, I was wondering if that gdt is worth using with these igbt's? Says it's good from 50k -> 300khz @ 12v, but its rather small looking and curious if others had used them. I suppose it would help not having wrap my own and such.
So now what to build with these? Small DRSSTC / SSTC similar to a ONETesla? ZVS / IND Heater? Other .. ?
Just thought I'd share and say Keep an Eye out.. Thoughts?

Just an Update ... I was driving myself crazy trying to figure out where these came from.. Thought I was hacked, but after reviewing my acct's, no money was missing, nor Items ordered. Then last night I got a message on FB from a friend in Java(country) telling me that he had purchased these for me for my B-day last month.. What a guy!, Next time put a note in the box... :)
