I haven't seen one like that before, I would suggest 1.8nf, but I think it would be best to measure it.

I agree, its written as 0.0018 uF

At first sight, undoubtedly, 0.0018uF (microFarad). Stick it on a capacitance meter--let us know...

Yup, looks like 0.0018 μF (microfarad).

Not microFarad.
The convention that unit symbols (for example, F for farad) are capitalized when named for a person
does not apply to unit names, which like other nouns are capitalized only at the beginning of a sentence.
It's official -- look it up under SI unit names and symbols.

In no case (NPI) do capital letters belong in the middle of words, except perhaps for a recent (couple of decades) fad in the naming of companies and brands. And in naming software variables, a practice that still makes me wince.
