I am trying to make metal wheels for my roller blades so I can use them on ice...

I designed the parts in SketchUp 3D CAD, but I am having trouble finding someone who can machine them...

I tried eMachineShop .com but I was unable to import my model into the software they provide.

Can anyone help?

What are the dimensions? I can check what we have. Though I know Kizmox can do some very nice metalworking.

Find someone with a lathe near you. You should make a sheet with all of the dimensions on it, including the material type and the tolerances.
I could do something like that, but I think I'm too far from you :)

You might want something harder than aluminium...

I was told to use 7075 aluminum or steel. But steel isn't easy to machine...

2 feet x 3" diam rod costs $210

How much would you charge me to make it?

8 Wheels total

Sorry, but I don't understand this picture. There is an actual diameter with 22.5mm, then 40mm and then 20mm. What's the 20mm dia?
You need to make your plan more understandable. I uploaded an example, how I draw a similar project, silicone rubber coated rollers.

Your wheels have a pretty easy form, a local machinist would do all the 8, a maximum of 100$ for me if I needed something like these.
I don't really know the exact function of these, but if you want some more precise work (like you want to place a ball bearing inside of that hole for example) prices can go higher.
I also don't recommend any kind of aluminum here. I'm not even sure steel is good for this, as the edge is pretty weak with its 6mm thickness and can bend easily.

But steel isn't easy to machine...
This is why the cutters are made of fast steel or tungsten carbide.
