Has anyone heard of these or used them ? the only one I can find is RS1600PA40T1

they used or designed for pulse power

I wonder if this thyristor would be suitable for projects on 4HV . the SITh is normally on and the gate switches it off

I remember when OIPT were developing the high temperature platters used in the manufacturing process. In fact. I think I still have one of the early 'prototype' inconel or hastalloy attempts in my shed somewhere (removed from skip after obtaining appropriate 'scrap ticket' permissions, of course).
