Hi all.
Yup, its this time of year/decade again.
LHC getting fired up for the 2015/16 run assuming the magnets don't break again.

The rules are simple, make your bet and once posted you have a week to decide whether or not to make it a firm bet and if needed edit posts etc.
The winner ie closest to any actual discovery as judged by me, Chris R and anyone else who wants to contribute gets a random box of goodies of indeterminate mass.

Closing date for this is 24 hours before the official announcement date for press release from CERN.

Xen-Sean seems to think CERN will generate micro black holes..
