Hi all.

Can someone suggest a way to diagnose if these have failed, other than simply hooking them up to a known good backlight tube and power?

I have about 20 of them here of varying sizes intending to use for a CCFL based bargraph

but have no idea if they are bad or working as a lot aren't even able to power on at all due to the lack of pinouts etc.

Intended to simply use good old wound ones but these aren't suitable for a number of reasons.
