I don't think so. The 'hotswitch' life of a MEMs is rubbish, due to the tiny mass of the contacts. I just don't see any way round that, the periodic table doesn't have any unexploered corners. A great pity, as otherwise they promised to be more ideal switches in many respects than semis, at least from a decade ago. Don't even think about combining them with a series or parallel semi to handle the hotswitch issue, as that loses all of the potential advantages. However, their existence has driven the SOS CMOS people to up their game.
I have recently had to design a DC to 6GHz front end RF switch to take high power without damage, and a shoot-out between MEMs and SOS CMOS had the latter winning on everything that counted.
