Why I Should be Hired to Build a Security Fence for the White House...
First, it could be a second fence so children and the innocent public couldnt grab at it. Second, it could be designed to look good and not obscure from the public visibilty of their government buildings. Third, it would be 100% motor and cognitive incapacitating for a significant period of time allowing law enforcement to arrive. Fourth, it would have a low probability of death, though not zero (Probly 5%). As seen at some American prisons. Fifth, i could have it built, operational, and certified at low cost to the taxpayer.
I would rather have better law enforcement response instead, but given the past few days, this measure may need to be considered.

The main problem in America is that the history of the country is not long enough in regard to the technological development.
That is why you see sky rocketing prices on insane overcomplicated solutions for which there have been used very simple and cheap implementations dating back some 900+ years.
America will reinvent the deep dish at any cost.

I imagine that he'll say in court that 'He was demonstrating the fact that security at the White House isn't adequate'. He bid 'bring down' the head of the US Secret Service'.

The F-22 and F-35 pretty much prove youre right. 2.2 trillion US$, more than twice that to go to the moon, in adjusted currency. Thats just for the F-35. Eisenhower was right...
Thats while were 17 trillion in debt. Mostly to a probable enemy, the Chinese.
