okay, i need a bunch of 40n60s and or 30n60s in to247 or sot227 with! internal diode. if someone is interested to sell me some he can post his price. i have paypal etc, shipping to germany (iÂ´ll take shipping costs of course) here in germany its difficult to find these igbts and i m not able to sample from fairchild or so. i need as many i can get, maybe 20 or more. okay if anyone has other good igbts for sale he can post too, i need them for various drsstcs, pulsed A not below 200A, voltage 600 or more, they dont have to be too fast, 100khz is more than enough.
