Hey everyone,
I am currently looking for an internship for this summer. I'm a 20 year old sophomore studying Electrical Engineering at the Milwaukee School of Engineering in Milwaukee, WI. My parents live in River Fall, WI which is within driving distance of St. Paul and Minneapolis, so any internship opportunities around the twin cities or the Milwaukee/Chicago area would be ideal. However, I am able to relocate if necessary.
I have the most experience with analog circuitry and RLC circuits and am very interested in wireless power transfer. I am also proficient in AVR programming and Windows computer support. I have been told by customers that I can solve more issues than "professional" computer support companies such as Geek Squad. I also spent last trimester learning how to program an FPGA with VHDL and am taking a more advanced FPGA/VHDL programming class that will conclude before my summer break. Lastly, I have built and programmed a robot controlled by the ATmega328P chip using C and the Eclipse IDE. My robot beat out 16 other student-made robots and ultimately placed first in our class competition.
If any of you know of anyone or anywhere that is looking for interns, it would be awesome if you could PM me. I can provide a resume and here is my LinkedIn which provides a detailed look at my accomplishments:
Thanks for reading,
Schuyler Sowa
