So I stumbled across this video... Look at those arcs! Apparently a 132kV line snapped, causing these. Can someone translate the video? Imagine what non-HVers thought of this... that must have been terrifying for them. Although, I'd have been pretty scared if I were any closer to that thing than this guy was.
