I think the cardboard box was adding some colouration there.
Tainted Love by Soft Cell, one of the very few covers that eclipses the original and becomes the definitive version (others being Hendrix All Along the Watchtower and Flying Lizards I Want Money).
OK, what other bits of noisy tech can be pressed into service for playing songs? We've had Tesla coils, quadcopters, floppy drives, industrial robots, can't be many things left?
